I enjoyed everything about this book. It’s the first book on ADHD that I think can actually help me change some of the things that I’ve never been able to handle in the past; the ones that lead to so much anxiety , stress, and embarrassment. I have so many other glowing things to say about this book, but if I write them all down (which I would love to take the time to do), I’ll spend way too much time on it and forget, or get unmotivated about all the other stuff I have to do. Thanks, Jessica. To everyone else, just get this book (audiobook for me). You’ll thank her, too.
One more thing!! The book is on the longer side, and I was worried I would get bored or anxious and stop listening to it before it was over. This book is actually one of the first books I have read to the very last word.. in two days! Now I’ll be re-reading and start taking some notes.
