The $20 bill
Revisado: 06-16-20
This book is fast paced and has an interesting premise. I enjoyed the listen. It does have strong language and sex scenes, so if that offends you — think about a different book.

Don’t read on the trail
Revisado: 01-12-20
I felt the story wasn’t the thriller it was advertised to be. It was an interesting store about an interesting part on the country. The religious references were more in your face than I like.

Interesting story
Revisado: 09-08-19
This story has potential to be a good crime novel. I was very distracted by the narrator; it seemed he was rushing through the book. His voice quality was also a little grating for me.

Good story
Revisado: 09-07-19
Painting the Lake has some interesting twists and turns. I enjoyed the story, and would read another by this author. I always like a good MN mystery. The narrator is not a favorite but I can put my finger on why I thought she was as good as I would have liked.

For Cat Lovers
Revisado: 09-03-15
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Since it is a cute short story and about cats it is definitely worth the listen. If you love cats you will see your cat in the narrative.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Cat's Guide to Human Behavior?
I love the cat's explanation of the counter and the litter boxes. We have those issues at our house.
What do you think the narrator could have done better?
I wasn't crazy about the narrator's voice. But that is certainly a personal thing.
Any additional comments?
I was gifted with this book by the author to listen to and review. I want to thank Xina Marie Uhl for that. I enjoyed the book and would recommend other cat lovers listen to it.
