Plenty of detail for anyone wanting to add to world war two history.

In the song “Route 66 “the lyrics include the names of the towns on Hwy.66 but not so in This book.
Long story with lots of rehashing.of past. I was glad when it was over ever though only half of story was told.

Memoir of A House and Family

Learned a lot about a house and a lot about a family. Well written about both. Attention to detail is a reader’s must. Enjoyed the story to the end! Tom Hanks tells a good story! I wonder if there is a movie for the story. Maybe a Netflix series.
