Fun spunky dialogue, great narration

Overall, this is a great production of a really fun book! The story is fast paced but had natural breaks that almost make it feel designed for episodes. I particularly love the dialogue between the two main characters. The twelve year old protagonist actually acts like a twelve year old!

Killer book.

Have always loved Trevor. Love this telling of his life and South African history. Sweet stuff. I especially love the honest intelligent skeptical human way he engaged with his mom's spirituality and then ends the book with a quote from his mother giving Jesus all the glory for his existance. Well written and well read. Would recommend to anyone.

Pattern Recognition-Snow Crash Remix. So good!

Feels like diving headfirst into a mash-up of early Neal Stephenson (think Snow Crash) and William Gibson (think Neuromancer or Pattern Recognition). Good fast clean cyberpunk fun with just enough twistiness and interesting reality to get your brain going.
