Loved It More Than "It Ends With Us"

I could not wait for this book to be released after reading "It Ends With Us". The story picks up exactly where we were left with the cliff-hangar ending of the first book. I felt the characters were well developed and the story flowed effortlessly.
The love story between Lily and Atlas spanning the years as teens from broken homes to building a strong foundation as a family, filled me with hope and appreciation for the strength it takes to overcome adversity. The love that Atlas shows Josh who is at such an impressionable age and filling those gaps from the same childhood he suffered, is more than commendable. Even Ryle shows significant growth from the man he was in "It Ends With Us". However, there were a few times I wondered if he had changed at all.
I was in tears several times throughout this listen. The performances by Colin Donnell and Olivia Song are so impressive! I felt as though they were a real couple and exactly as one would picture the characters to be in real life.
Bravo Colleen Hoover and the entire cast!!!

I couldn't put this down. Very emotional and sometimes difficult to imagine, so much so, that I teared up a few times. However, it was extremely well done in its depths into the human psyche. The performance was stellar.
