It's a great book. Really teaches you the basics about controlling your self in difficult situations by having a tough mind and discipline. It really helps if you follow the exercises the book asks you to do and in the end, you'll end up a better person.

This was a brisk tune in, yet it was stuffed loaded with supportive mantras that I'm going to attempt. Abstaining from excessive food intake is such a drag for most everybody, and since trance worked for me to stop smoking, it makes sense that this will likewise be effective in removing the pounds I've put on from that point forward! I'm making it work!
