Rose Winter has enough problems. With a marriage going down the tubes and a dreaded anniversary party on the horizon, the last thing she needs is the zombie apocalypse. She wanted to get drunk and sing karaoke, not murder her undead neighbors. It’s clear the party’s over, however, now Rose has more problems - a missing husband, an overbearing houseguest, and keeping her family alive.

Another Great Book by Sarah Lyons Fleming
Revisado: 11-24-20
I love this author, her book make you love each person. If you enjoy a great zombie book then add this one to your listening list!! I’m going to listen to it several more times. It helps me become familiar with the cast of characters in the book.
Rose and Tom can’t wait to see how things work out for them. I hope with the pandemic Sarah has been hard work on volume number two because I can’t wait for it to be released.

Refreshing plot
Revisado: 05-30-20
I have read so many apocalyptic style books and was so pleased this book wasn’t centered around death. fact that purchasing the book was over 20 hours of enjoyment instead of a quick four hour book. I don’t even buy books anymore if they’re six hours or less for one credit. This is a great book

In This Life I Live, Rory Feek helps us not only to connect more fully to his and Joey’s story but also to our own journeys. He shows what can happen when we are fully open in life’s key moments, whether when meeting our life companion or tackling an unexpected tragedy. He also gives never-before-revealed details on their life together and what he calls “the long goodbye,” the blessing of being able to know that life is going to end and taking advantage of it.

Looking into oneself Tissues needed
Revisado: 05-22-20
Writing a book while spilling your guts is hard. Watching one half of yourself die is even harder. Rory thank you for allowing us in. I lost my Mother when I was 18 months old and would LOVE to hear her voice. Thank goodness for video records. Indiana will always know who her Mother is.

Revisado: 03-24-18
I love this series I have every book but sadly they are all just 5 or 5 hours maybe one or two are over the dreaded 6 hour listening time. I wish Lou and Marcus had more time together than 10 minutes. So my review will be short just like the book. See if u can get a friend to share it. This entire series could have been in 3 books not 6

Historia
In an impossible situation, our story of a mini ice age starts with hopefulness spanning to heartbreak. How will Bishop and the others survive impossible odds as they seek to bring those they love to shelter. And is the Osprey, and all those on board, truly gone forever? How will Jax and the others make their way on such a perilous journey? The brutality of survival in this post-apocalyptic world leaves little hope for humanity after the Maunder Minimum. Perhaps they're lost after all.

Great SHORT Book
Revisado: 02-09-18
This is the 3rd book in this series and all three were a great read. But I am so tired of these 4 and 5 hour books if I had not already listened to the first 2 I would not have gotten this book because I am refusing to spend a credit for under 8 to 9 hour books. Kevin did a GREAT job as usual. I waited until I had no credits and purchased for 10 $ and change.

Historia
Months into the apocalypse, the zombies show no signs of dying, but it's clear everyone in Sunset Park will die without enough food to outlast the undead. Add in the less-than-sociable new neighbors only blocks away, and the hunt for sustenance has come to feel more like a race than a ramble. Sylvie is happy in her new home with the people who've become like family, though she's still working out how to let them into her heart. Eric wants in, and he wants to find his sister, but he can't do both at the same time.

Worth every second
Revisado: 12-11-17
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Well heck yes I would recommend this book to everyone. I have listened to this 2 book series 4 times in 9 weeks. Get past the fact that there are zombie types in this book and jump in and get to know the people. Who knows you might love it too.
What did you like best about this story?
Sylvie and Eric, no Maria and Jorge, no Grace and Eli ok I liked everything.
Which scene was your favorite?
When Eric and Sylvie were on the bike coming back from the cabin. MUMBLES, STUMBLE, GRIPES the way Eric helped Sylvie grow out of her shell.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Never give up
Any additional comments?
Can't wait till the next installment

Historia
Sylvie Rossi has the loner thing down pat, with the exception of her best friend, Grace. But when the two are trapped in a hospital during the last gasp of a dying city, alone time is no longer an option. A nurse's offer of sanctuary promises Sylvie the supplies she needs to survive the zombies - it's the coexisting with people that might do her in. Eric Forrest will do whatever it takes to get into the dead city for his sister, including ending up dead himself. He's used to taking risks, but with every mile he travels death looks likelier.

Awesome Awesome did I Say AWESOME
Revisado: 12-10-17
Would you listen to Mordacious again? Why?
At the time of this review I have listened to the two books in the series FOUR (4) times. Yes I said 4 times I guess I could say I can't get enough of the Eric Forrest, Sylvie Rossie, Grace, Paul, Maria, Jorge, through good guy list goes on and on. Then as in all books there is the bad guys whom you grow to HATE. Back to the good guys OMGoodness how you will grow to love them expecially after listening to this book 4 times in 9 weeks. I loved the performances of Luke Daniels and Therese Plummer as narraters. I can't imagine anyone else reading and fortunately they do read Peripeteia (book 2). Mordacious is a side bar so to speak from "Unitil The End Of The World" series all written by my New Favorite Author "Sarah Lyons Fleming" ignore the zombie aspect of the book that is just a military we pon gone wrong the real story is Sylvie learning how to open herself to everything life has to offer and Eric and the gang show her how this is to date one of my favorite books and I believe could be yours. So puch add to cart and introduce yourself to my new friends I hope you are sitting on the edge of your seat as I have been and grow to love this incredible group of survivors who find Family, Forgiveness, Love, Friendship, Faith and Concering Fear while learning how to survive among the worst kind of evil heartless Curney
What other book might you compare Mordacious to and why?
Maybe the Hunger Games or the Walking Dead why: because the real story is about personal growth with a lot of bad guy in the mix oh and some nasty killers
What does Luke Daniels and Therese Plummer bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Their voice changes for each character and the depth of emotion that is needed to transport you to the moment. They made the two books in this series come alive I only wish as hard as I can if more books come forth in this series that both Luke and Therese are already booked to read them.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
The story of Sylvie
Any additional comments?
I emailed Sarah Lyons Fleming and she responded personally or at least I felt it was her not her publishers or HR person just try the book and if u like it then try the Until the End of the world series also with out a dough I will listen to the's again and again they are just that good to me

Not her best work
Revisado: 06-04-17
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
I am a huge fan, but this book jumped from past to present as much it was hard to keep up I found I kept having to rewind to figure out what I missed. I thought in the Will Trent books Sarah was in love with Jeffery and this book laid out a different reality than the one I belived to be. I can't tell you about the book because I don't remember any of it. My thoughts save your credit. I wish I had
What was most disappointing about Karin Slaughter’s story?
The jumping back and forth from past to present and the relationship between the men in Sarah's life
Did Kathleen Early do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Same as usual
