It never ceases to amaze me when DLG continually delivers original, outrageous, & compelling NEW STORIES in his EVENT THRILLER SERIES. Each of his books are incredible stand alone stories & also glide effortlessly as part of the EVENT SERIES. I have gobbled up EVERYTHING this author has written in less than 14 days & wish he could write more with greater alacrity. No pressure there RIGHT? I give this story a 5 out of 5stars. AMAZING!

A cool kind a zombie story!

For the most part, I absolutely despise zombie stories! I am burnt out, bored to death, and sick and tired of the same old Z stories and movies; they have become so tedious I’m not off within the first three minutes of any audiobook presentation, television show, or movie. I was completely surprisedI and utterly blown away when upon listening to this I actually enjoyed it! I highly recommend it and urge both the author and the narrator to stick together and soldier on she definitely explore and create new stories, however it is critical that they work together for together is how they are brilliant!

Incredible. Not too long at all; all the others I genuinely looked forward to next in the series, however after this one ended I simply can’t get it out of my mind. I’ve read all by RIDDLE, ROBINSON, PRESCOTT, WRIGHT, MABERRY, TAYLOR, MURRAY, MORRISON, etc. & no story or author has truly moved me like Grumley. He is INCREDIBLE! Who are the MYRIAD OF IDIOT PUBLISHERS WHO HAVE NOT CONTRACTED & PUBLISHED HIM????? He is AMAZING. Incredibly grateful reader,

One of the best writers I’ve ever heard and Scott Brick also nails it Every time! Buy everything he’s ever written. I guarantee you won’t be sorry.

I Didn’t think King could supersede the superiority of Dr. Sleep, however he has IN SPADES. THE INSTITUTE struck a chord so deep within me that I find myself daydreaming...breathlessly about these children and the acute probability these Atrocities may very well exist; perhaps Mr. King’s intuitiveness is rattling the blackhats making them very nervous indeed! FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! Would make an INCREDIBLE SCREENPLAY!!!

Although Scott Carey doesn’t look any different, he’s been steadily losing weight. There are a couple of other odd things, too. He weighs the same in his clothes and out of them, no matter how heavy they are. Scott doesn’t want to be poked and prodded. He mostly just wants someone else to know, and he trusts Doctor Bob Ellis. In the small town of Castle Rock, the setting of many of King’s most iconic stories, Scott is engaged in a low-grade - but escalating - battle with the lesbians next door whose dog regularly drops his business on Scott’s lawn. One of the women is friendly; the other, cold as ice.
