I loved this book. I wish I had the physical copy as well. Be prepared, have a notebook and get ready to be motivated. Do the prompts she mentions in the book as it will help you figure out your habit trip. This is a fantastic book that really breaks down habit forming, your own health journey, and the stages of change. I enjoyed this book and had major self discoveries for myself for things I was stuck on. A must read for health coaches too.
