An Exciting Story of Growth
Revisado: 08-28-24
I listened to this book years ago, then recently returned due to the fifth book in the series coming out in a few months. I have read all the books up until Rhythm of War and many of the other books as well. While I thoroughly enjoy every book in the series, this one has some very special moments that become even better with the context of the books following this one. All things considered, this is one of the greats among the many spectacular stories in the Cosmere.

Historia
Stephen R. Covey's book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, has been a top seller for the simple reason that it ignores trends and pop psychology for proven principles of fairness, integrity, honesty, and human dignity. Celebrating its 15th year of helping people solve personal and professional problems, this special anniversary edition includes a new foreword and afterword written by Covey that explore whether the 7 Habits are still relevant and answer some of the most common questions he has received over the past 15 years.

Must Read
Revisado: 09-21-22
I’ve been studying this book for the better part of my adult life and I always find it funny how every new trend in organizational psychology or leadership is some offshoot of one of these principles. I listen to the book at 1.5 speed so I don’t really have much to say about the actual narration. All in all, this is a great foundation upon which to build all other self-improvement.

An Interesting Listen
Revisado: 04-21-17
There's something about listening to the stories of brave men and their lives that inspires the inner-adventurer in me. This book hit all of those childlike feelings and more.
