A must read from a true American Genius
Revisado: 07-05-19
This book changed the way I look at Government. In my twenties and early thirties i was a die hard liberal. Today I understand the right more than ever. A must read for any social justice warrior or equity studies student!

A bible for the modern world.
Revisado: 02-28-18
Some say the difference between Science and Spirituality is that if you destroyed all Science and spiritually books incl the bible that only the scientific books would be recreated. To me this book proves otherwise. Eckart is a modern day prophet No different to Jesus or Mohammed. The intelligence herein is undoutably divine. Thank you Eckart for this gift.

Historia
Renowned neurologist David Perlmutter, MD, blows the lid off a topic that's been buried in medical literature for far too long: carbs are destroying your brain. And not just unhealthy carbs, but even healthy ones like whole grains can cause dementia, ADHD, anxiety, chronic headaches, depression, and much more.

Trade your Banana for eggs and butter? Really!
Revisado: 05-24-16
This doctor is so arrogant and his advice is questionable to say the least. His advice to trade healthy fruit for butter and eggs is ridiculous to say the least. The longest living populations in the world do the exact opposite (Okinawa and Adventist Californians). If Diabetes increases your risk of brain disease 50% a plant based diet has been proven to reduce your risk and even reverse diabetes. Humans like our great ape primates are fruit eaters first and foremost! I agree processed carbs are bad but you don't need this book to tell you that!

Historia
By now, the low-carb diet's refrain is a familiar one: "Bread is bad for you. Fat doesn't matter. Carbs are the real reason you can't lose weight. In The Low-Carb Fraud, longtime leader in the nutritional science field T. Colin Campbell outlines where and how the low-carb proponents get it wrong: Where the belief came from that carbohydrates are bad and why it persists despite all the evidence to the contrary. The foods we misleadingly refer to as "carbs" aren't all created equal, and treating them that way has major consequences for our nutritional well-being.

Loved it.
Revisado: 09-24-12
I listened to this audio book while commuting over the last few weeks. There where times when i did not want to get out of the car and could have listened all day. Such a great way to fill mindless time instead of listening to the junk on the radio.
