What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
I was given this book as a free read from the author. I felt that this book was all over the place. I had time following the characters. Amanda found "Gold". There relationship was not believable at all.
What could Krista Wagner have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
This book was for your readers, however my 9 year old got bored after about 15 minutes. I decided to listen with her and we made it to the end. It was a "long" 3 hours. The time lapse was hard to follow as well. First, they were in school, then it was all of sudden the 4th of July, then they were back in school. Kind of difficult.
Would you be willing to try another one of Triera Holley’s performances?
I'm not sure. Maybe a book that was meant for adults.

I'm not sure I could recommend this book. Neither myself or my 9 year old really enjoyed this book.
