I am not in the medical field, and I loved it.

I am not in the medical profession, but my girlfriend is a doctor and I listened to this because I thought it would give us something to discuss. I was pleasantly surprised that it was written in layman terms. It was an exciting biography about a man who combined science and medicine. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book.

If you don't like coddled, cry-babies, then avoid

I did two tours in Vietnam living with the Vietnamese 24/7. I went to Vietnamese language school, which allowed me to get really familiar with the people, and they became like family. I have made five trips back between 2016-19, and they all treat Americans extremely well. I stayed long enough to make many Vietnamese friends all over their country.

This book was written by the most self absorbed, ungrateful person I have ever had the displeasure of listening to. His 4.8 rating must be because it is required listening by the anti-American left. He even discredits his own brother for being smarter and graduating from Yale. He attacks the support families that took his family in when they came to America. His negativity never stopped. To the victor belongs the spoils has always been the case since time began, and then things change. To still be angry about how some people were treated a century ago instead of focusing on how far we have come is a waste of time. Should we still be angry with the Romans, Muslims, British, etc., from ages ago? How far back it too long?

I returned this book after forcing my way through the first half, which was a total waste of the time I have left in my life. Avoid this book unless you also hate America like this author does.

It was good to hear that he was loyal to Trump. Listening maked me feel better about the election because I understand now the process and what happened. Trump did a great job protecting us from Hillary, exposing the press and our enemies, but is very self serving. This was a great listen from beginning to end.

The facts = truth & the truth is sad for America

Amazingly, factual, and explains how a bungling career politician, who finished near the bottom of his class, was able to claim he won the election. Shame on the people so intent on power, they are willing to divide and destroy America. I wish I could get my Democrat friends to read this book.

Loved listening to this book, it was very clever and a ton of fun to listen to. I highly recommend. We give tons of money overseas but neglect our own, what a shame.

Lyndon Johnson, an opponent of civil rights, was a great man, and Nixon should not have run, are you kidding? Trump bashing starts 1:15. Dan defends the lying press, with no mention of why he got fired from CBS...one-sided. He is way past his relevancy.

Very, very good listen!!! I was surprised about the deception of the government getting us into WWI & II. Seems like it is still happening now.

As a veteran from Vietnam, with severe PTSD, you would have thought, from the Chapter on PTSD, the government would have done a better job helping us when we came back.
