Something Different From Mark

This was a departure from the rest of The Verona Gay Youth Chronicles, but I enjoyed it. Although the characters we know are in the story, it was not centered around them.
Joe DiNozzi did a great job narrating this book.

Good stroy in the Verona Boys series

The story is part of the Verona Gay youth series and is an integral part of the overall story line. However, the performance could have been better.
The Narrator, Jack London, starts reading at 100 MPH, never even pausing between lines. It was hard to tell which character was speaking at the time. About half way through, he slows down and it became easier to follow.
I am glad there are no other books in the series narrated by Jack London.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I have been reading the entire Jack Ryan series, trying to go in the chronological order of the stories. I found a chronology online somewhere.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Teeth of the Tiger?
When they edited this book, they forget what they had already included so there are a lot of parts which repeat. Not entire chapters, like some other books I got from Audible, but at least a paragraph, nearly every chapter.
Jack Jr really stepped up in the end. The book began to drone on without excitement for a while, then BAM BAM BAM BAM. Awesome ending.
Which character – as performed by Stephen Hoye – was your favorite?
The British whore was my favorite character. You could tell she was the narrators favorite too, because he had a hard dropping her voice when it wasn't her turn.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
I was particularly moved during the streetcar incident. Made me miss Germany.
