Historia
Laura Lynne Jackson is a wife, a mother, a high school English teacher—and a psychic medium. Where most believe an impenetrable wall divides the world between the living and the dead, Jackson sees brilliant cords of light. She has dedicated her life to exploring our connection to the Other Side, conversing with departed loved ones, and helping people come to terms with loss.

Heartening to have All this affirmed
Revisado: 11-11-23
I appreciate how thoroughly Laura Lynn Jackson related her experiences. It affirmed what I already knew; touched me to the core, brought me to tears and laughter and gave me great relief!

Historia
Have you ever wondered what living in Hell is like? Listen to this short diary from a 16-year-old based on a true story. Parental alienation is something not many hear about, but most are affected by at some point in their life. Child custody issues is where you will find most of the narcissistic parental alienators, but it happens in even the most "stable" of situations with a happy family. Surviving parental alienation syndrome for a child is surviving child abuse. Until you can end the alienation, lies, and deception, you will continue to die a bit each and every day.

Painting a skewed picture
Revisado: 12-28-22
I couldn’t get through more than four or five sentences. I understand the child’s pain from his mother’s actions. I guess I expected an analyzed life from an older perspective that is objective. It’s a diary of a child’s view of a complex situation and the pain, anger and bitterness evoked from being in that situation.

Historia
Extraordinary things happen when we harness the power of both the brain and the heart. Growing up in the high desert of California, Jim Doty was poor, living with an alcoholic father and a mother chronically depressed and paralyzed by a stroke. Today he is the director of the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education at Stanford University, of which the Dalai Lama is a founding benefactor.

Life Affirming
Revisado: 09-04-21
Coming from a background as a Surgical Technologist (scrub nurse) of 16 years; having been on several Neurosurgery teams and having a very similar childhood as Dr Doty; full of trauma; I can relate to much that he had to say in his book. All of life is a spiritual journey and Dr Doty did a wonderful job of connecting the dots that tie all of the seemingly insignificant occurrences together; that lead us hopefully to seeing that all of humanity is connected and the most essential element is opening one’s heart.
