Started good then went down hill
Revisado: 09-10-22
I thought I was going to hear an insightful book on analytics but by midway through the book it had turned into liberal essay on politics. The author seemed to either cherry picking facts to meet his agenda or stating his own opinions or observations as facts. I’ll be asking for a refund on this one.

Could've done without the epilogue
Revisado: 04-05-17
I found the majority of this book very enlightening and (I'm trusting) well researched but the epilogue made me question the author's motives and speculate some on what was presented. In the story. The narration was excellent throughout.

Historia
She used to work for the US government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine it doesn't even have a name. And when they decided she was a liability, they came for her without warning. Now she rarely stays in the same place or uses the same name for long. They've killed the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon.

Sad to see the direction Myer's work has taken her

The first half kept me engaged somewhat but I had to push it up to triple speed by the end just to force myself to finish.

Enjoyable but too much left undone for my liking
Revisado: 03-21-13
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes - In true Terry Brooks fashion the story is strong, the characters well developed and the plot intriguing. I would recommend listening to previous Shannara series to have the best background and not just the previous book in this series.
What did you like best about this story?
Well written, well read.
Have you listened to any of Rosalyn Landor’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
She’s a very good narrator; the only thing I had issue with is I can't listen to her at 2x or 3x speed for some reason. Not sure why.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Shannara, the saga continues..... just not in this film!
Any additional comments?
I liked this book and Brooks ranks up at the top on my list of favorite fantasy authors. That said, I feel like there wasn't enough closure to any of the story lines. If it wasn't for the indication at the end of part two that this was the end of the book I would have thought I'd forgotten to download the entire book. I feel like Bloodfire Quest’s true purpose was just to get me a bit further down the road in the story and to sell more books (which I'm completely fine with, by the way.) Now I'll have to endure the long wait until August for the wrap up but it will give me something to look forward to. I'm sure Witch Wrath will be well worth the wait. I'll be downloading it the first day it's available on Audible.com.

In a stunning follow-up to her number one best seller Slander, leading conservative pundit Ann Coulter contends that liberals have been wrong on every foreign policy issue, from the fight against Communism at home and abroad, the Nixon and the Clinton presidencies, and the struggle with the Soviet empire right up to today's war on terrorism.

Excellent!
Revisado: 07-11-03
I found the information enlightening, the topics engaging, the whit endearing and the juxtapositions eloquently made! Well worth your time! I only wish it could become a standard text in history classes; however, considering the majority of those teaching these courses I won?t hold my breath!
