Very enjoyable although a lil stretched out at times. Perfect for working from home and the narrator was spot on. Not creepy or boring, yet I could def tell the characters apart. I only gave an overall of 4 starts bc my 1st S. Brown book (Overkill) was a tad bit better and she now sets my bar pretty high:D

True impression-I’m Hooked!
I like a lot of Audible book genres, But as a single, newly empty-nester, I was particularly looking for something to bridge gap of mystery/suspense and the romance that is missing in my life right now. Wow, I’m grateful for all the reviews ppl leave on Audible-good and bad ones. It really helps narrow selections down when there’s so much to choose from. On to my next Sandra Brown book-looks like there’s a few to choose from:D

If you want to novel that you can leave on audible—either, while you are packing/moving (like I was), long road trip, or just a longer read to relax and listen, this book is for you. I tend to be a slow reader, but I like details. And after raising my kids for 12 years in Louisiana, The authors details are well researched.
Love the twists and turns! Of course, the book is a million times better than the movie:D
