Why am I getting sexist remarks and told not to take medication or what I should eat in a minimalist book? “I know some women wouldn’t agree with me” when referring to having less clothes. What does being a woman have to do with it? I didn’t even both finishing the book after that and now I’m mad I wasted a money on this book. “Negative emotions are bad” really? Very dumbed down book and you can get the only useful information they provide from a blogger for free.

I haven’t read any memoir that actually holds my attention as much as this one did. I laughed, I felt sad and I felt inspired while reading this. I highly recommend giving it a shot as it may make you rethink a few things.

took a while to get going

there is a lot of information about how they did the study but to get to the meat of the story you had to get to chapter 20...seems too long to wait to get to the point to me.
