As always the story and performance was perfect.
I didn't know it until i saw this book coming out but I need more books in this world.

It's a good continuing story.

it's a gay romance novel so sex happens a lot between guys.

Best friends fall for each other, and work through their issues. The original review I read was kinda off based, so I'm glad I ignored it. if you have read the books before this one in the series you won't be disappointed. The guys have quite a bit of baggage to unload as per usual and and so many emotions.

I wish I could comment on reviews so people get accurate reviews. The only other review listed a bunch of nonsense that if they paid attention they would either have the reason or would have already known the reason from the previous books. ...It's a freaking romance book why would you read it if you dont like sex being over the top? Welcome to romance novels It's mental porn.

WTF is up with the negative reviews

I so glad I ignored the negative reviews. the First one I read mentioned how in the first chapter the character meets someone and has sex...they seriously weren't paying attention because no they didn't. A few others complained about the amount of sex...umm they are all fade to black. Teen books are more explicit.


Anywho back to the book... some sentences were unnecessary because they repeated what was. There were a few times where I thought I had missed a book before book one, still not sure I haven't. There wasnt too much explaining on he world at the begining.... It mentioned humans and earth and the Christian religion, but it took me forever to realize that they passed through some cosmic gate thing into this world, just like the demons. most annoying this is books 7 through 11 aren't audiobooks! I just spent 90 hours listening to this and now I have to read the rest my TBR is already too long, and now I have to figure out everyone's names and all the places again because you know they aren't always phonetically spelt.
To sum up Lizard lady is a good person and is favored by hers and a few other gods, she get OP abilities and kicks the bad guys butt while getting hers and her friends butts kicked to a lesser degree.

the good parts are Worth the slow parts

The series is getting better with each book. Its a super slow burn for romance.

I wish the narrator would have used a different voice for a few of the male characters. A few make voices sound grandfather old instead of sexy, that's the only reason it is missing the 5th star. Still a good narrator :)

The story is getting better and better plus there was a short k pop mention so 5 stars. A few slow/repetitive spots keep having me zone out for a few minutes, but once I have an idea in my head of how an area looks I speed past those descriptions in normal reading from a book as well.

Good but slow...

It's a good story, I like it, I enjoy listening to it. I smile randomly and do the whole blowing air out my nose during parts that in txt talk would get a lol when you don't really lol but it is amusing. But it is slow i zoned out during a magic illusion explanationand it mergedinto the fight somewhere. It seems to take a while to get anywhere. The Narrator is good with female voices but some of the male voices all take on the same old man 20 packs a day smokers voice that are supposed to be an alluring, and sexy voice and it just didn't get there.
