Sexist stereotypes abound

These books are bordering on offensive. Male heroes call women crazy bitches. Half the female characters are mentally unstable male obsessed losers with nothing else interesting. The books refer to homosexuality as a “choice”. It’s just not ok to perpetuate old fashioned gender stereotypes and it’s not sexy to do it either. The characters also exercise remarkably bad judgement.

Smart and delicious

Ashley Winstead is a brilliant writer and has created another gem. The characters are smart and complex including the bad-ass but lovable fallible heroine. Laugh out loud funny, exciting and poignant story and super hot. My favorite Audible in a long time. Perfectly read by Ann Marie Gideon. Loved it so much.
