Lost me when the mains first meet and she falls in the water. She wasn't angry at him at all for his immediate terrible treatment of her. Not angry at how he almostdestroyed pictures....nope, can't do it. It makes me not care about the rest of the story.

HER: HOW CAN YOU SAVE WOMEN AND CHILDREN FROM TRAFFICKING WHILE ACTIVELY STALKING ANOTHER....

STALKING?? Are you serious?? By this time he has just finished forcing her to perform oral on him in the most vile degrading way until she was about to pass out from lack of air, has raped her, broken into her home, killed people, etc. THAT'S THE QUESTION SHE HAS FOR HIM??

It doesn't help that she is feeling 'confused' about her feelings and her heart strings are being pulled.

I can't with the blatant stupidity.

Lost Me!

This book lost me after the setup to Gigi and Pike relationship. Their initial meet up grabbed me. After she left and they reconnect in the shop, the story turned bad. I didn't understand their tension. I didn't understand her animosity towards him, then the surprise when he reciprocated. Her misplaced anger, when she's the one who seduced him was frustrating. I couldn't finish. The plot devices started too early and the foreshadowing was too much.

Falls Short of Predecessors!!

I loved this series because Nevada was a strong female character who stood her ground and didn't immediately give into the jerky male. Sadly, Catalina played at intelligence and confidence but was lacking.

I quit right after she lied about her identity for no logical apparent reason. Also, letting a man touch her face she, literally, just met. Not to mention going off with him. I just can't with the stupid females.

I gave up at about half way through when she threw herself on the guy after knowing him about 2 days. The story had potential but the writing style is a bit juvenile and the dialogue was dreadful.
The horrible female vampire leader who killed humans for food and for sport, was disgusted by her son who is sadistic towards women. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU CAN'T WRITE A PLOT POINT TO MAKE THIS OK. This got stupid, quickly!

This book read like someone else wrote it. The first book was full of mature teenage angst. Ray's character was written well. I wasn't overly fond of the boys but I was fine with them. This book quickly turned immature. For Ray to be so carefree and strong, she let the boys treat her like a cave woman, even when it was beyond necessary. Which was alot. The plot was messy. I just didn't like it.
