I finished this book in one sitting.
I couldn't put it down.
I must say though, I was expecting the waterworks due to the blurb but they didn't come.
Don't get me wrong. I got misty eyed at one point but I didn't cry.
This is such an emotional book that some of you might need tissues. It hurt my heart but the ending was perfect.
B and Fifi have been through so much. So much pain. I loved listening to their entire story even if it's in flashbacks.
Ms. Burgoa definite knows how to pull at the heart strings and make me feel all better by the end. Definitely a must read.

Love in Kentbury

I finished this book in one sitting.
I've really been enjoying the Kentbury Tales Series and can't get enough of them.
That being said, this one felt the most... 'forced' of the 3 so far. Don't get me wrong. I really enjoyed the story and it works well, I just didn't feel the connection between the characters as strongly as the previous two couples in the series.

I do want more of this series and can't wait to see what else comes from this little Vermont town.

Symphony of Us

This is exactly what I needed after finishing Reminders of Her. I needed to know what happens next and this didn't disappoint.
I would have preferred to have heard a little bit more of Stan's POV on his mission but I liked getting the healing that they all needed.
Again, check TW because some of the topics are not safe for some readers/listeners.
Overall, great duet and the narrators were amazing!

I have never read/listened to a book in this format. Let me tell you.... it works.
This book hurts.
All that pain?
I did enjoy getting all the POVs. From the diary/book to Stan and Grey's version. It connected the story so well I couldn't put it down.
Watch for TW on this one for it will hurt some more than others.
Very well written. Recommend.

Begrudgingly Engaged

I'm not usually one to listen/read clean romances. I'm usually into stories a little dirtier, but I really enjoyed this one.
Meghan Kelly does an amazing job as usual bringing the characters to life.
I enjoyed listening to how Amelia and Garrett start off prickly towards each other but the attraction, the chemistry soon takes over.
This story is full of some mysteries, and suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat to know what is going on. How will they get through this? Will they succeed? I really enjoyed it and definitely recommend it.

Finally Found You

I've been waiting for Lysander's book since I listened to Meant for Me and the incident at the coffee shop. I needed to know what happened next and it finally happened. Lysander has a ton going on that we learn about here and I wonder how a man could handle it all. He is so strong and yet so caring. I loved him. He and Cami are amazing together. This is an amazing age-gap, surprise (older) baby read that I won't soon forget. I loved this story. Great job as always Ms. Burgoa!

Accidentally in Love

I have to admit, this book did not quite meet my expectation.
The cover might fool you into thinking it’s a romcom, but it isn’t. It’s contemporary and has a few “dark” themes.
While I like the way that the characters fell in love when they didn’t, really “mean to” this book, felt more like a filler for a lot of Claudia Burgoa‘s other books in this series. It did not 100% focus on the characters and more about finding out about other stuff that has happened in previous books.
While you were able to keep track of this story it seems you need to read the other books in the series to get a better picture of everything going on since it does get a little confusing.
Overall, the narration was amazing as always and can’t wait to hear more from Claudia’s books, even if this one was not a top listen for me.

Meant for Me

What a cute listen!
I really enjoyed this book and felt like I connected well with Enid as a fellow book lover and gamer girl.
I enjoyed the grumpy/sunshine dynamic and also the way Enid learns about her past slowly. It was emotional and sweet.
Definitely a must read/listen!

High Tide Homicide

First off, this was my first book in the series. While I felt I missed out on some back story it didn't take much to catch up with what was going on.
I enjoyed this short cozy mystery. A bit cute with the paranormal resort theme and intriguing enough with the mystery to keep my attention the entire time.
I'll have to check out the other books in the series because I liked this one.
Meghan did an amazing job as always with giving each character their own uniqueness.
Would recommend to cozy mystery lovers needing a quick listen

Another man’s poison

I’ve been following Colleen’s journey since book 1 and I have to say. This one felt different.
While the antics and mystery remains the same and comforting for how I’ve gotten to know Colleen something felt … off.
I enjoyed solving the mystery with her all the same and loved the Ken “resolution” at the end making me hope for more books.
Overall another entertaining cozy mystery with our favorite journalist and like always Meghan does an amazing job giving each character their own charm. Loved it and can’t wait for more!
