Historia
The "mind-reading" system that is revolutionizing online business. Do you know how to find out what people really want to buy? (Not what you think they want, not what they say they want, but what they really want?) The secret is asking the right questions - and the right questions are not what you might expect. Ask is based on the compelling premise that you should never have to guess what your prospects and customers are thinking.

Not a single thing to here to learn! Nothing at al
Revisado: 06-20-17
What disappointed you about Ask?
First of all, the content simply isn't there. There's nothing to learn. The book drags on and on about how he learned to ask... then that's it. Not s single insight into anything worth learning. Second, the narrator is the wrong pick for this book. I am super annoyed with this book—a total waste of money.
What do you think your next listen will be?
If Peter Thiel writes something, I might read it. But as for now, nothing. All these new business and marketing books are lame—it's just a repeat of what other great writers already wrote.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tom Parks?
Don't ask me that. I don't know!
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Ask?
The entire book. No joke.
Any additional comments?
I read a bunch of good reviews and so i bought it. Now I realize these people are morons. There are knowledge and there's just bullshit, and this is just bullshit. Don't waste your time at all with this book.

Historia
The events of the Arab Spring have come to be overshadowed by the civil war in the Arabic-speaking nation of Syria, which has been ruled throughout the 21st century by Bashar al-Assad. Though he had not planned on ruling Syria, several events conspired to make Bashar the successor of his father, Hafez. Though the West frequently looked for signs that Bashar might be a reformer, due in part to his formerly popular Western wife, Assad remained part of a critical alliance with Iran and the sub-state groups Hamas and Hezbollah.

NOT WORTH TIME OR MONEY
Revisado: 09-06-15
This book is poorly written and poorly performed. The narrator has terrible voice. And the story is confusing - not well organized at all.

Historia
In September 2014, a Chinese company that most Americans had never heard of held the largest IPO in history - bigger than Google, Facebook, and Twitter combined. Alibaba, now the world's largest ecommerce company, mostly escaped Western notice for over 10 years, while building a customer base larger than Amazon's and handling the bulk of ecommerce transactions in China. How did it happen? And what was it like to be along for such a revolutionary ride?

Don't waste your money
Revisado: 08-18-15
This author is just milking the fact that he worked at Alibaba. There's nothing new or insightful in this book. You are better off watching a Youtube clip on Jack Ma. It's also because Jack Ma and his story of Alibaba isn't that extra ordinary. There once was a tech bubble and it went to China?

The story os great but the narration is the worst
Revisado: 07-28-15
It's really too bad the publisher couldn't find a better person to narrate the book. I'm a big fan of financial hiatory but this narrator is just terrible. Don't bother.

The book is narrated well and well written but the facts and case studies are old and already quite well known. Unless you are a die-hard conspiracy fan, this book will disappoint you.

Great lesson but few yesrs behind
Revisado: 05-11-15
The ideas discussed in this book are great but so is my mother's sapghetti sauce. What I mean by that is that this book will be appreciated by those who can appreciate it. It's not for all the marketing executives. This book is for those specifically with strength in communications and interested in developing that into a whole new level of marketing discipline. Learn different types of content too.
My only regret is that I didn't read this book 5 years ago.
