Great story - wonky sound at times

I enjoyed the story with sound effects and songs. It was a new way for me to listen and I liked it. There were times when the speakers words sounded like a whisper, like the audio wasn’t built correctly at those segments. The funness of the story made up for it.

Chapter 4 doldrums

I’m in chapter 4 and it’s not grabbing me yet, it’s dull and I’m asking myself, “wait did I miss something?” Only to find out a few minutes later that “no” I hadn’t, it’s just too easy to get side tracked cuz I’m not being pulled into this writing.

Surprised at the enjoyment

I never read these type books. I'm a cozy mystery kinda girl. When I got the audio of Nomad so inexpensive, I said, "meh, why not listen". It started slow for me and that is probably cuz I was expecting not to enjoy it. And soon enough, I couldn't stop listening. I could feel each characters perspective to the Nomad crisis cuz the writing was great. And surprise, I enjoyed the story. I understand it's not out of the realm of reality for a Nomad situation and I'm intending to enjoy every day and leave this earth being warm, listening to music, wearing my shades laying in a grassy field...safe and secure :) Thanks for the unusual story. I will be getting the next installment.

Surprisingly good

When I first listened I thought "uh oh, another dud" but thankfully I have a personal deal to give every book 1 chapter or 10 pages, whichever is longer. This book then hooked me and had some fun twists. Ending is harsh!! Gotta get second in series :)

Decent story from a new author

The story line has some merit, time travel, family relationships, young love. Problem for me is, as I was listening to this story, it didn't hold my attention. Intermittently it was good. The worst part of this Audible adventure for me was the voice. It's sounds like a young lady so points there. But the level of immatureness was in more than "be a teenage girl" but also in the reading aloud aspect. I couldn't finish the whole book because I kept losing interest and really enjoy books while I'm commuting. I hope the next book and read from this author is better because the premise is good.

Not enough of the mystery angle

I liked this third installment in the Night Prince series however I didn't love it like the others. A bit too much sex and not enough mystery this time. Don't get me wrong, I love some good vampire lovin' but this book was mostly love and sex and not nearly enough of the mystery and battles the first two had.
