The story--so original! Listened to this on a road trip and was mesmerized the entire way.

It gave me the creeps many times! It's a combination sci-fi, horror story.

No, because of the narration. It is somewhat flat and emotionless and so I would listen for awhile and come back to it later.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes, because it is like having the book acted out and has the flavor of old radio dramas. Wonderful to listen to while knitting or just relaxing.
What did you like best about this story?
Love all the children's voices and the special effect sounds. At times, the "soundtrack" was a bit loud, but this could have been my playback device.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Whenever Aslan speaks to the children...so gentle and good. Exactly like Aslan should be.
Any additional comments?
While this is not a reading of the books, I heartily recommend this recording to any Narnia reader. Actually, this drama brings the books to life.

What made the experience of listening to Star Trek: Spock vs. Q, The Sequel (Adapted) the most enjoyable?
The unbeatable combination of characters: Q and Spock. The characters (and their actors!) are so great together. And it's wonderful to have this to listen to now that Mr Nimoy is gone.
Which scene was your favorite?
When Spock becomes Q. Hysterical!
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
"Changing Places"

So fun to listen to. And short enough to finish in one day! If you listened to the original Spock vs. Q, don't miss this sequel.

What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
Joanna read the book a little fast for my taste--Chip's bits were absolutely great! But it was very clever to have them both read the book. This made it feel like an episode of their show.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I originally bought this for my own listening--then turned it on during a family road trip. Everyone loved it, even my son and husband. This surprised me! So I would recommend it for adults of all ages.

Great insight into the life of Joanna and Chip. Will make watching their show more meaningful and interesting!
