Historia
Compiled by intrepid journalist Neve Pride, this archive of recordings spans the months after dragons emerged on earth, chronicling the communities that sprang up amid the destruction, the scientists, military leaders, and experts searching for a defense, and those steadfastly seeking the missing. Neve and her young daughter Bex travel among the wreckage speaking to those left behind and surviving, against all odds. Neve records everything for history, and in the hopes of locating a clue as to where the dragons came from and how one might stop them.

Historia
From New York Times best-selling author Stephen Graham Jones comes a novel that is equal parts psychological horror and cutting social commentary on identity politics and the American-Indian experience. Fans of Jordan Peele and Tommy Orange will love this story as it follows the lives of four American-Indian men and their families, all haunted by a disturbing, deadly event that took place in their youth. Years later, they find themselves tracked by an entity bent on revenge, totally helpless as the culture and traditions they left behind catch up to them in a vengeful way.

Historia
Mike and Beth didn't know each other existed before the night of the meteor shower. A melancholy film producer and a house sitter barely scraping by—chance made them neighbors, a bottle of champagne brought them together, and a shared need for human connection sparked something more. After a drunken and desperate one-night stand, the two strangers awake to discover a surprise astronomical event has left widespread destruction in its wake. But the cosmic lightshow was only part of something much bigger, and far more terrifying.

Annoying main character
Revisado: 04-06-24
I couldn't stand the main character female at all. Shes suspicious and snappy for too long, it gets the point of losing the story and I've stopped listening with 3 hours left. I never got into the monsters too swept up in the characters drama to care they are being attacked. the dog better live, but im not listening to find out, put me in a coma.

I will never get tired of this story!
Revisado: 04-01-24
Each book is well balanced with important and dramatic battles, society struggles and ends with this epic delivery of such a detailed experience with the characters. I love the different perspectives on the wall! Masterful in satisfying your desire for a replay and seeing the faces of the crowds while a man becomes a legend greater than that of Hume himself!!!

I love these books and repeatedly come back to them!
Revisado: 04-01-24
This whole series is an experience and so descriptive and well done, I've re-listened everytime I want to feel some inspiration in courage while being some where else far away. Great characters, great redemption stories, and humble heros, truly a gift from this author. And I appreciate his other series connecting to the bigger story with the characters core beings present. Thank you for this color in a detailed adventure story!

This authors talent to weave a story of a societies struggles along with seriously skilled action in a pace to never lose the reader/listener is what make the ride easy to repeat. I've re-listened to these and the other series so many times, its become a comfort series. Interesting and detailed in the full experience of the characters, I couldn't love these books more, I wanna eat the food!!!!

everything about this man makes me proud to have served my country alongside such men (my commander in basic was one of the men named during this book) and to b a christian warrior. he displays that christian doesnt mean ur on ur knees 24/7, it means everything and more of what he speaks about. we all have a role to play, its inspiring and fills me with hope that i might find my purpose as he has.
