Time well invested

This book is very well listen and has given me clarity in understanding what goes around me and help me grasping the different shades of human nature ( I wouldn’t classify them as negative but grey characteristics of human nature). I am so impressed with the listen that I bought all his books but I haven’t started lesting them yet.

Better than the first book on Blue Zones

There is nothing like statistical information combined with guidance on how to apply it to good use. Then, examples of situations where it has already been applied with lessons learned. I now have great hope for the health and happiness of people in communities in the US.

great book for anyone who sells on amazon

As small ecommerce business owners, we use amazon for about 50% of our sales and we also use FBA. amazon has come a long way since the early days and I'm very glad it exists and continues to improve. This story about Jeff Bezos just confirms that in order to do big things in the universe, you've got to have a superhuman amount of drive, a vision, initiative; you've got to continue to create, think big, don't be afraid to fail and carry on in spite of the critics. Enjoyed the book immensely and it answered some questions I didn't know I had about the evolution of amazon and why they were/are majorly a book seller to begin with. There's also the evolution from Wal-Mart to amazon which I had no idea about. Jeff Bezos is a genius. Thanks to Brad Stone for producing a well put together book.

Amazing book for analytical, detail consuming type

I've attempted to explain to friends what a stock actually is and few understand that it's both A) an asset that can pay a dividend and B) because of the perceived future returns from A it might appreciate. Most just think of a stock as something that magically increases with time. This book explains otherwise and many other things. For most this will not be an easy and certainly not a quick listen, but it is well worth it for the analytical investor.

Dark psychology studies the parts of ourselves that none of us want to recognize. Within this field, our innermost demons are delved into, and a light is shone on the places that we would rather not see but need to see. Dark psychology accepts and embraces the darker side of the human experience. In this way it is doing the same as any area of anthropocentric study does, the only difference lying in dark psychology’s specialty of this dark reality within the human animal. Dark psychology is not meant to be a pageant of villains, however.
