Great description of the problem. Very little help in understanding the why or how to make change. She give advice on the changes but if we could make the changes as simply as she makes it seem, we’d never be in the situation in the first place!

This story has more gratuitous sex and violence (spoiler, it's horrific) than any book can have without any actual plot to go along. While the performance was spectacular and Gabaldon can string words together well, I COULD NOT WAIT for it to be over. How this ever became a tv series escapes me as my intellect was not tickled once.

My book club read this book and I could not finish it in time because it was so painfully slow and way too wordy. I love a book that invokes the imagination to create pictures in your head but this book did not accomplish this with all it's wordiness. I never give up on a book and had I not tried to finish it after I knew the story I probably would have but I barely made it through a quarter of part two.

Love Tole's books but the presentation/performance was painfully slow. Mind you it is on mindfullness and being aware of the moment but I think Tolle made too much of a point to provide "space" to be aware of. There are some nuggets but to few and far between.
