Love Mark Edwards!

This was the first Mark Edwards book for me. It was surprising and twisty. Just when you think you have it figured out, something crazy happens. I love it when an author takes risks and keeps the reader/listener guessing. Since this book, I have listened to 5 others by Mark Edwards, and all of them have been different and exciting! I highly recommend this book and any book by this author.

I hope this author continues to write books in this genre. This story is entertaining and keeps you guessing. It is the first story in a long time where I was excited to have some down time to get back to the book. Highly recommend, and I look forward to another story from this author. The narrator was also excellent!

I have not written a review in a while. This book made me want to share. It pulls you in from the start and it was difficult to stop listening. A different kind of psychological thriller, very well done. Other reviewers mentioned how this book brought them to tears, and I thought that was silly. But here I am wiping tears and blowing my nose. Highly recommend!

Anni Taylor is in my top 3 favorite authors. I have read all of her books and none of them disappoint. I was so excited to see that not only did she write a new book, but it was also book 4 in the Tallman’s Valley Detective series. Excellent story, it keeps you guessing and the end indicated that there will most likely be a book 5. Keep them coming, Anni!

The first book was amazing, and the characters were so likable, it makes readers want to know what’s next for them. The third book wasn’t as exciting as the others(still a very good story), but I loved “catching up” on the lives of Milly and Enzo. I’m sad the series is over. Well done Freida!
