I listened to this book for the first time in 2019. Seeds of love and growth were definitely down at that time. Listening to it again recently (5/2022) has not only helped me to appreciate that I have been acting accordingly in numerous ways but it has also allowed to hear things that I could not perceive in 2019. The growth of my consciousness is amazing! This book is amazing! Thank you E.T. for helping me be home!

This really works!

I discovered this audio in the 90's after discovering the book entitled What to say when you talk yo yourself. Once i had an understanding of how powerful words and thoughts were, this audio became a jewel for me and the unwanted pounds melted away. I've used this whenever I found I have unwanted weight, in combonation with diet and exercise.
