Historia
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

Insightful, Courageous, and Honest
Revisado: 10-22-17
This isn't a story where times are always good, but it isn't a story where things are always bad either. This is an honest book about one person's life that everyone can identify with and empathize with. I wish to hear more stories about Trevor Noah and his badass mother - both of whom I wish could even have a tenth of their resilience and humor. Do give this book a try.

Historia
You ask me if I can forgive myself? I can forgive myself. And so begins The Truth Is a Cave in the Black Mountains, a haunting story of family, the otherworld, and a search for hidden treasure. This audiobook is brought to vivid life by the characters and landscape of Gaiman’s award-winning story. In this volume, the talents and vision of two great creative geniuses come together in a glorious explosion of color and shadow, memory and regret, vengeance and, ultimately, love.

This is something to add to your collection.

I absolutely adore Neil Gaiman's writing and I love when he narrates his own stories! This is a wonderful twist on conventional fairytales and seems like a commentary on how much we value material wealth versus family/people. Plus, it is spooky!

Historia
You may think you know this story. There's a young queen about to be married. There are some good, brave, hardy dwarfs; a castle shrouded in thorns; and a princess cursed by a witch, so rumor has it, to sleep forever. But no one is waiting for a noble prince to appear on his trusty steed here. This fairy tale is spun with a thread of dark magic, which twists and turns and glints and shines.

Fantastic twist on a centuries-old tale with...

Going straight to "Fragile Things" and not looking back. I love this book and look forward to listening to it again for many years to come.
