Saying the quiet parts out loud

When did Brandon Sanderson feel the need to spoon feed us? The reason I loved the first books in the series. Where the deep truths meant to be understood by the actions and struggles the characters themselves endured and enacted. But this final book had no depth nor any introspection. Sanderson decided to take it upon himself, to tell us what to think, feel and take away. Highly disappointed to see how little he thinks of his fans.

I like how this was totally not what I thought it would be. Whatifalthist recommended this as a read and I thought it was gonna be a Hindu history not an action thriller lmao.
