What did you love best about Focus: The Key to Success?
Every decision you make, from a simple "what I am eating for lunch" to complex "what are my goals", uses part of your concentration/focus. Take time to prioritize your goals and how to spend to your focus. Then, "autopilot" everything else - do weekly meal prep for lunches, create a "uniform" for work clothes, etc. Don't spend your valuable focus on mundane tasks. Save it for your passions in life!
