Fairest of them all
Revisado: 07-31-24
Mark Twain loved Joan and telling her story was beautiful and masterful. He was there, in her village, on the battlefield and in the prison. He advocates for her purity and convicts the evil men that conspired against her. This is more than a story, more than history, it’s a beam of the brightest light shown into all of our darkest places and only those with the greatest convictions of faith will dare to tread there.

Searching for acceptance and finding love
Revisado: 07-15-24
Well researched and beautifully presented story of the women who served in war. The emotional journey that they endured was captivating, exciting and terrible. This story is one that should be read by every American.

The words of Jesus can be as mysterious as they are familiar. For those seeking greater understanding of the Gospels through storytelling and poetry comes this book by Andrew Klavan, who chronicles his own inspiring, late-in-life journey to achieve a fresh perspective and deep connection to Jesus' most well-known and complex biblical passages.

Revisado: 04-15-22
This book is beautiful and gives a new perspective on the personality of Christ. Klavan brings an insight to the age old questions about who, how and why Man is, and what he is to become. I do not worship the same as Klavan, but found this book to speak to my heart and help me draw nearer to the Christ I want to know.

Thrilling from start to finish
Revisado: 07-05-18
I have read every book by Goodkind and found Nest to have the same intensity as the Sword of Truth series. Rich character details and a compelling story, made this an exciting book.
