Historia
The first rule of being a ghost whisperer: Don't tell anyone. Seriously. Don't. Sure, it might sound harmless. A fun party trick, even. I assure you, it's not. How do I know? Well, let's just say that I've had a lot of experience with this sort of thing, and nine times out of 10, it turns into an all-consuming disaster.

Lame
Revisado: 03-22-25
Very predictable, I only kept listening to get to the end, not for the storyline…

Historia
Effie has most inconveniently fallen in love with the dashing Mr. Benedict Ashbrooke. There’s only one problem: Effie is a housemaid, and a housemaid cannot marry a gentleman. It seems that Effie is out of luck until she stumbles into the faerie realm of Lord Blackthorn, who is only too eager to help her win Mr. Ashbrooke’s heart. All he asks in return is that Effie sew ten thousand stitches onto his favorite jacket.

I was not expecting a class war story 😒
Revisado: 10-27-24
The main focus of the story turns towards class war, the rich are bad and the poor are all virtuous, very predictable and one sided, I felt like I was in a classroom conducted by a leftist communist…

Historia
Stocking stuffers like handknit scarves make the coziest of Christmas gifts—unless they're used as accessories for murder! When grinchy thefts steal the good cheer at a local nursing home, Siobhan O'Sullivan manages to identify one missing item before the tractor parade—a hideous shamrock scarf wrapped around a very dead body. The festivities go cold at Pans 'N' Pancakes the instant a diner dies while knitting a brilliant green scarf. Suspects pile up when frosty-tempered Carys Walnutt is found strangled by a handmade scarf auctioned at Arborville's tree-lighting ceremony.

Terrible choice in narrator
Revisado: 10-30-23
Change in narrator made it hard to listen to! Accent was terrible! I’d rather read the book…

I’ve loved each and every Hamish Macbeth but…
Revisado: 04-10-22
I’ve loved all each and every one of the Hamish Macbeth stories however, the change in narrator was too much for me…a different rhythm threw me off. Story was great as always, but I think I would have preferred to read the book myself in print, rather than listen to this narrator…
