Both may feel similar - this is because they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms. However, an anxiety attack is a different condition from a panic attack. If you want to know ALL about the nature of Panic Disorder and explained in a friendly but concise way, this is the book for you! It gave me a lot of courage to face down that nasty fear and learn not to be afraid of it. Would recommend to anyone.

This book really prepared me to overcome some real anxiety attacks I had for years. It's not a cure, it's not a one-stop-shop, but Emma Campbell wrote the book in a way that made me really relate. He does a good job of taking the fear out of panic and anxiety attacks. He's not selling you a cure, make no mistake. He is selling you a path out though, it's up to you to walk the path and his book definitely helps you along it. If you suffer, give it a shot. I did and I'm now doing things that were impossible for me before.

A Great Book One I Would Recommend

Now this really is a fantastic book. I was looking for something to help me both understand and explore lucid dreaming and this book has been absolutely perfect for this. Marius K. Green has done a lot of scientific studies into lucid dreaming over the years, using his own experiences and the experiences of others and has come up with great, easy to follow techniques that the reader can use over a period of time to try and become lucid while dreaming.
