This was a lot of fun to listen to. It's actually my first book from this series but I'll definitely be going back to read/listen to the previous books.
Kai and Jovan have become really good friends over the past couple of years as they joined their best friends for movie and game nights. It didn't matter that Kai was invisible to everyone whilst in the Interstices, a bond grew between them along with quite a big crush, on both sides. When on Earth's side, Kai is fully visible and the two have the chance to be together, fully, for the first time. What ensues after, when it comes to the wedding of their best friends, is absolute chaos! It reminds me of a comedy caper where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong but from the influence of others.
It's such an entertaining story, both from the relationship aspect and the overall plot of the story. Kai and Jovan are from different worlds and are seen as outsiders even by their own people but together, there is attraction, happiness and love. The wedding is just, insane. No one is safe from the groom to the musician, all happening but not for the reasons I was expecting.
I really enjoy E.J's writing style as she brings characters and the supernatural to life.
Kirk's narration is spot on throughout the story. The voices provided match the the character personalities and I found myself laughing along while listening to all the goings on that they endure.

Yes! Jude's book is finally here and what a fantastic start to a new series. Fans of the Cold Case Psychic series should love this book, it includes all of our favourite characters and introduces some new ones for us to get to know. I'd recommend starting with that series as there are quite a few characters to get to know but it's not essential.
In this book we follow Jude and new man, Copeland Forbes, who has travelled to Salem from New Orleans specifically for Jude's help. Between the two of them and everyone at West Side Majick, they set to work on finding who is out for Cope and hurting him. Jude's character has come so far since first meeting him and it's great finally getting to read from him POV. The interactions between the MC's are interesting to read as there's not necessarily the hot burning attraction but definitely something there between them that I hope evolves in the next books in the series.
The premise of Haunted Souls is intriguing and I'm excited to read what direction Pandora takes the men in and what situations they find themselves in. This book is a great start to a series, slowly allowing us to grow a connection with the MC's and build up an interest in the goings on of them and then plot of the story. I was engaged throughout trying to work out who the bad guy was and anticipating the outcome of situations. I'd love to read more on Jude's Navajo background and to explore more of Cope's witch side.
I definitely recommend this book and am looking forward to book two. I'd suggest reading the Cold Case Psychic series first as a lot of characters from there are included and it's a slower introduction to everyone :-)
Michael Pauley has truly done justice with the characters in this book. With waiting on Jude's story for so long and a brand new man from New Orleans, a lot of fans had high hopes and they have been exceeded. I fell into the narration, needing to keep listening as Michael brought the best out of the book and had the thoughts, feelings and experiences of the characters resounding in my ears.

Yet another fantastic book in this series from Pandora Pine. It has quickly become a favourite of mine and the plot involved in this is just another reason why with such a great twist added! Tennyson and Ronan are, as ever, two of my favourite people and adapting to life as a married couple. Considering the short time they've actually been together I think they do amazingly well!. We of course hear from all of the Cold Case family, even Tennyson's mother is included.
The plot to this book is of a convicted man proclaiming innocence but it turns out he is an identical twin and the main piece of evidence against him is blood DNA found at the crime scene. It makes for a real thinker, especially as it's a case that's closed in the eyes of the law. We do get introduced to PI Jude Bryne, a man who quickly becomes much loved in this series by characters and readers alike. He's secretive, surly and intriguing.
Michael Pauley, yet again, gives us a fantastic audio experience with Dead Ringer and the vast amount of characters that are included as well as the roller coaster of emotions that are experienced throughout the story by many of the men involved.
I cannot recommend the story, series and narration enough. Each and every book is an experience and Michael just takes it to a new level of enjoyment, truly bringing the book to life.

Whilst this is the first book I've read/heard in this series, it's easily enjoyable as a stand alone.
There are great characters in Dana and Dex, as well as their friends and Dana's son. They all bring a sense of family and give support throughout the story. The Omega Dating agency is a great idea, giving Alphas and Omegas the chance to find fun, relationship and possible true love. The MC's in this story have a rough start but work towards something each of them yearn for. There's fun, heat, family and friendship to entertain throughout the whole of the story and the sense of family that is created is wonderful to read/listen to.
This is the first time listening to Jack and he made the story really easy to listen to and enjoy. He brought individual personality to each characters and emotion into the story. I'm looking forward to going back and listening to the first book and any more books that may come in this series.

I loved this story when I read it and enjoyed it just as much listening to Corey's narration. This is the first time I've had Corey narrate a story and he was really engaging with an easy flow to his speech. Characters were given their own voices and it was easy to tell who was who. I felt just as frustrated with the alpha, Finn, this time round and was rooting for the omega, Carter. There's a lot going on with their yo yo interactions, incidents in the hospitals and other friendships that the men have. The story itself is interesting and Corey does well bringing it to life.
I recommend giving this one a listen and am looking forward to book 2.

I've enjoyed reading the Silver Oak series and thought I'd like it via audio but I found it quite hard to connect with the story and characters because of the narration from John. For me it was quite stop/start and didn't help with the flow.
I realised how much I got frustrated with the alpha character in this story as well, having the story told to me gave me a new appreciation for Aiden's writing and how much there is going on in his books. There's depth to his characters and redeeming qualities that you just have to wait on as it is very worth while to make it to the end.
I'd recommend trying the sample before purchase.

This whole series is brilliant! I love each and every book!
Tennyson gets called back to his home town and the family that turned their back on him when he came out as both psychic and gay. This time though, Ronan is with him. Supporting him, loving him, keeping him strong.
Theirs is a beautiful relationship, each giving the other exactly what they receive. Every is well written, it's easy to love this story. The small town that Ten grew up in and hasn't seen in over a decade has barely changed, though some people surprise them both.
The hardest part is Ten's mother and the feelings she still has about him.
The best part or Greeley. This is his moment to shine and he's freaking amazing! After everything his outlook and ability to see the best in people.
Along with family drama, Ronan and Ten are asked to take a look at a cold case. The thing they ultimately discover can be a little hard to read but it's so worth taking the time.
I definitely recommend this book, cannot wait for the next one! Though it would be best to read the books in order.
The narration from Michael Pauley, as ever, is utterly fabulous. The man brings such life to the characters, their emotions and the story line that they are all involved in. We meet Tenn's parents for the first time and I think he perfectly convey's Kaye Grimm and her complete distaste for a gay psychic as a son. To listen to the two interact is interesting and then the way in which Greeley is that catalyst in bringing things back to life. He truly shines here and it's a true pleasure to listen to. Michael does complete justice to the gravity involved in both the death of Tennyson's father and the case that the guys get called in to work on. There is a reason he is right up there as a fan favourite narrator and this story, and whole series, is yet another showcase of incredible talent..

I have been loving this series so far and after the teaser at the end of book two regarding Houston, I couldn't wait to listen to this one and it didn't disappoint.
The story was very well balanced with highs and lows as well as relationship development between our two MC's, Houston and Cody. Baxley, their son, is just adorable and really adds some fun and heart to the story along with bringing the couple closer and the whole family.
The Lone Star Brothers are just amazing in how close they all are and providing support throughout the hard times and celebrating the good. It's really heartwarming to read/listen to. Susi does a great job at drawing you into the story, getting you engaged with what's happen all the way through and rooting for the couple to come out on the positive side. Looking forward to book four!
John Solo yet again does a fantastic job with the narration of this book. For me, it was made even better with the voices he provides for the men but especially for Houston. It properly cracks me up and is so full of attitude and emotion that you can't help but love him. The same for Baxley as well, just fell in love with him from the start,
I highly recommend this book and series!

Really enjoyed this outing with the Hollydale Omegas. We follow the story of Cecil and Ian. Two men enjoying the single life whilst holding a good job and celebrating the relationships their friends are in. Yet a phone call changes it all when Cecil finds himself the guardian of a new born after a friend he'd not seen in years died, and Ian finds himself not wanting to leave.
I loved the banter and relationship that developed between the two men over the story and how they grow closer in the circumstances that Cecil finds himself in. They compliment each other very well and have a lot of fun together which makes it a laugh to read. We also have the regular pop ins from previous characters in the series. It's great how much the friends mean to each other and provide support in all forms, though especially helpful here with Cecil nothing absolutely nothing about babies.
The narration was fabulous, fully bringing the characters to life and a joy to listen to. I loved how individual Drew has made their voices. There's the perfect amount of snark for Cecil along with the longing of wanting care as an omega and then the alpha coming across as the strong, dominant type but happy to give Cecil the freedom to be himself.
I really enjoyed listening to this story and the series overall. I'd definitely recommend for anyone loving mm romance with a hint of drama.

Holy freaking cow, Batman!! Another outstanding book from Pandora with our favourite detective/psychic duo.
I highly recommend reading the previous books in the series before jumping into this one. It will make much more sense, and they're great books to read.
Somehow in this book, I feel the emotion between Ronan and Ten even more. Obviously events have happened throughout the series but all together they have become am amazing couple who truly believe in their love for each other. Beautiful to read.
The mystery in this book keeps you on the edge. We may know the answers before the MC's but it just gets you, well....me, shouting at them and telling them what they are doing wrong. When you can get that involved in the story and the outcome, you know you're onto a winner.
It's a great story line involving all of our favourite characters, Carson and Truman, Cole and Cassie, Tony and Carlie, Kevin, Greeley, Jace, and of course Erin and Bertha.
This story packs quite a punch, especially towards th.e end but every single moment is worth reading and listening to
Yet again, Michael Pauley brings his A game to a book. Fully bringing all of our characters to life, giving them individuality and the voice needed to get their thoughts, emotions and actions across. I have listened to a lot of audio books and this is only the second to have made me cry, twice. That will hopefully tell you a little about how strong the writing and narrating is and that you are in for a full on ride throughout the whole book, building to a crescendo towards the end with a chapter that is the perfect ending to the story that has been told.
I cannot recommend this book and the whole series enough. Looking forward to more from Pandora Pine and Michael Pauley.
