this isn't for most people. if you want to be vegan and Buddhist, this book is for you. I'm not sure most people are going to do a total real 5 days complete fast. it's not for the faint of heart. it's too extreme for me unfortunately.

It is sad to think a woman would want this

From a man's perspective, this is actually a saddening listen. I like listening to erotic books, but apparently definitely not this type of erotic book. I like the loving couple type book, but this is a polar opposite type of listen.
This book is about demeaning women, and causing them pain until they cry. I couldn't make it through too much of this book. I can't listen to a woman wanting to be gang raped and physically and verbally abused.
I seriously don't understand why anyone would want to listen to this book, other than a psychopath. I'm going to go back to the loving couple type of audiobooks.
I very sincerely hope that this is not what a woman would want!!

Very Abridged

Like other reviewers mentioned, I didn't realize that this is the abridged book. It is actually very abridged, which is a shame because the book is so great. I have the actual book, and was disappointed when the audiobook ended so quickly. I love that the author narrates this audiobook
Audible... please make an unabridged audiobook of this insightful and very informative book.

really great book for men getting divorced

a really great book that has a legal advice focus for men getting divorced. if you are thinking about getting divorced, listen to this book before and while going through the divorce process. highly recommended!

a little too Christian based for me, but good

it should be classified as a audiobook in the religious section, but it really is a great book and worth the listen. he has great ideas on how to be a good dad. the last few minutes of the book his voice kinda cracks up which is nice because you can hear the love in his voice for his daughter. overall a good read and something all of us dads should hear, they just need to dial the God focus back a little, for me anyways.

Great book. A little too religiously based for me

This is a great book on the topic of marriage separation and divorce. It has a lot of good ideas and thoughts. It is a Christian religious based book, which will work better for some then others. I'm not super religious but i really still liked the book and the ideas in it. This book is from the author of The 5 Love Languages.

Great book but kept mentioning his parish/company A LOT of times toward the end. It kind of felt like an infomercial toward the end, but overall great book. A friend gave this book to my wife, and she never read it, so i got the audiobook and gave her a book report. This book has many uplifting and positive messages. My favorite part is when the author and his son sing their bedtime song together. Very touching. I'm not very religious and have never been Catholic, but if you are, or have been, a Catholic, then this book really will be for you.
