Very Confusing!

I don't leave a lot of book reviews but I found this book very confusing & hard to follow. Even the name is deceiving, I enjoy history & listen to a lot of audio books on history so the name "A History of Wild Places" I thought was not accurate at all. The last twenty percent did make a little more sense as the story came together.
