Historia
Posey Osterhagen can't complain. She owns a successful architectural salvaging company, she's surrounded by her lovable, if off-center, family, and she has a boyfriend-sort of. Still, something's missing. Something tall, brooding and criminally good-looking - something like Liam Murphy. When Posey was 16, the bad boy of Bellsford, New Hampshire, broke her heart. But now he's back, sending Posey's traitorous schoolgirl heart into overdrive once again.

Beautifully sad
Revisado: 02-24-24
What a beautiful book. Brought me back to when I lived in the Caribbean as a girl. The narration was great . There Wawa so much sadness in this book for everyone . I cried when Yvonne died . I was rooting for the second daughter and the teacher to be together.
I wanted the grandparents to accept the children. It was just so heart breaking because I understand their hurt

I especially loved the narrator's voice .it was quite soothing, reminded me of home ( in the Caribbean)
I enjoyed the characters in the book and knew it was great writing because I got to dislike Lucy and her selfish ways .

What an amazing book.
I cried driving to work listening to this .
As a nurse I can understand what these characters were going through, and the help that this family so needed .
It also showed death and dying in a light that is not scary, as most people find death and dying extremely scary.
What a fantastic read.
I am passing this into my daughter who is going to school to be a psychologist. This will be great for her .🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️👏👏👏👏

Perfect
Revisado: 02-21-23
This was the most perfect book in the series.
There were multiple occasions where I teared up.
Lady Stokeley’s character was especially a headliner in this book and as a nurse I truly enjoyed the fact that the writer was able to include the final moments of her life and that she had loved ones at her side . Death is a scary thing for both parties , but with this book it made it easier to read and understand.
Really a lovely book .
Thank you 🙏

This has been one of the best series I’ve listened to on Audible
I fell in love with characters, I hated the bad guys, and I even cried during certain sad parts
I felt as if I were in a theater listening to a fantastic movie.
