The continuation of this compelling story allows the listener to get lost in the exciting time of prohibition. The characters are developed in a way that draws you into their lives and makes you truly invested in them. The narrator brings life to the story and characters through the use of multiple voices and her talents in voice acting. I'd highly recommend this series.

Good story made great by the voice actor.

This is a good book with interesting characters and a captivating story line. The mysterious setting was enhanced by a whodunit plot that never failed to keep me guessing. If all of this wasn't enough, the voice actor brought her considerable skills to bear, with numerous accents and impeccable cadence, to lift the story to the next level.

This book offers a satisfying whodunit against the backdrop of a time of the prohibition era, glamore, and some tough characters. The narrator pulls you in with great voice acting that includes a whole cast of distinct personalities. This one is definitely worth a listen.
