Wonderful inside into a truly interesting company

I enjoyed the book very much. It flows well, just enough stories and metaphors to get the points across.
I enjoyed also Reed Hastingses references fron Pure Software and the learnings he took.
I think its above all inspirational but also offers framework of steps to take.
Interesting would be a follow-up on what to do if talent density can't be maxed.

Enjoyable short book full of inspiration

I enjoyed all parts of this book. May be little more examples from Basecamp’s history would be welcome but the points came across well and well argued, defended.
I can recommend this book to everyone who tries to design a good human place to work for people.
