Fast Paced Urban Fantasy with Dragons 😍

First, I will give my thoughts on the narrator. She was overall pretty great with great inflections and getting those tense and funny moments right but I gave her a 4 instead of a 5 because sometimes I forgot if the chapter was an Astrid chapter or a Kaden chapter and this narrator didn't deepen or change her voice for Kaden which threw me off. I prefer when the voice changes so you won't get lost on if it's Kaden or Astrid. Especially if you have to pause in the middle of a chapter. I still overall thought it was good so I think it still deserves 4 stars.
Now for the story. The story is amazing. If you love dragon shifters in a new world that is being built then this is for you. There are secrets swirling and definitely some lies floating around. There was also a huge twist I never saw coming. I also love all the side characters too. I think Kaden is the dark and broody bad boy we all deserve and we are going to have to watch him grow and learn. I think Astrid is going to peel back those layers. Astrid has a lot to learn too. I think we are going to get a traditional slow burn romance as one can expect from Sean. That ending had me gasping and wanting more. I can't wait to listen to the next one when it's out!

Unfortunately, while he’s a whiz at making money, he’s not so great at choosing people to date.

The narrators did such a great job. Jennifer Jill Araya is my favorite! Her voice makes you feel like you are there in the book experiencing what the character is. The story is so emotional and the characters learn and grow. I loved this novel so much! ❤️❤️❤️

Sweet Romance with so much heart ❤️

This one made me cry. I loved seeing the growth of these characters and Jennifer Jill Araya is my FAVORITE narrator. Her voice is *chef's kiss* I felt like I was along for the journey and it was beautiful. ❤️❤️
