Collin, thanks for doing such a great work on this. I really enjoyed listening to you read this book. I wish more authors would read their own books.

Tim has been a great theological hero since 2006-2007 when I first discovered him through a Desiring God conference called “The Supremacy of Christ in a Postmodern World.” Since then I’ve read/listened to many of his books and hundreds of his sermons. I was pleased to discover that Kathy Keller had childhood connections to Penn Hills, PA (my current residence) and Pittsburgh (my hometown).

This was a great read/listen looking forward to the next biography from Collin.

Great book, full of practical wisdom.

Though this book is generations old, its wisdom is timeless. If the reader puts a quarter of the practical nature of this book into action much will be the fruit.

This is one of the best treatments on practical and biblical forgiveness. I’ve come across.

Tim Keller does a great job, unpacking the gospel, as always. I especially appreciate the practical nature of this book with its smooth flow and guided steps. You won’t go wrong following the wisdom and counsel of this book in receiving the forgiveness of God in Jesus Christ, then going and doing likewise.

I love the way the inner world of the soul is described (the light and the dark parts)! It’s amazing that one can know so descriptively the “psychology” of men and women and those grabbing for power in the grip of worship of non-God.

Biblically sound and very practical.

I have found this book to be very practical as it flushes out (what can sometimes seem like) theoretical commands of the Bible. I think the majority of people who are Christians have this issue to wrestle with and would do well to turn from this sin that so easily entangles us. I wonder what would happen if most professional Christians would get rid of their bitterness and unforgiveness? I know listening to this book would be a first step to that end.
