I love that this is from his point view. He needed adult mental health intervention early on. It seemed like they just left everyone to deal with it quietly. I know he wasn’t perfect. Self medicating is part of the issues when it comes to untreated trauma. Poor family. No emotional attachments.

The narrator is like a bad digital reader.

Great story

Pros: This was a great story but predictable. If you need a good light read with fun characters this is it.

Cons: The female Narrator sounded way too old for this character and her male voice was far from desirable. The male narrator was also too old and over acted but his female voice was much more tolerable than the actual female. The entire time I felt like I was listening to a story about 2 60 year olds rather than 20 somethings.

Still enjoyable if you can try not to focus on the voices, but it would have been a better read.

Great story of personal Growth

This was a great story full of personal growth, Healing, self forgiveness and eye opening for the both Characters. It was a tender but Hot love story that had several laugh out loud funny moments!

I appreciated that both characters had experienced so much heartache that the Author chose not to cause more for them! There were a few instances where the opportunity was present for betrayal and the story could have gone in a totally different direction. I don’t think that at such an emotional time in their lives that either of the MC’s could have handled any trust breaking.
This story was written exactly as they needed it to be!

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did! I will definitely be listening to more from this Author!

Always a good read

After reading some of the reviews, I almost didn’t read this. But it’s PW and VK, they have NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME YET! Also with those great narrators how can you go wrong!
I’m so glad I just went for it! It was great! Yes there were parts where I wanted to strangle all of them! Friends, Female lead, and male leads! But it was worth it!
