Great book

This was an awesome book, however I felt like I have already read it before . Perhaps because I felt as if I was going over the 5 love languages book .

I am not a parent yet, however this audio book was recommend it yesterday during a live video with marriage 365 on IG. I absolutely loved it, and made me realize that I should appreciate my parents more, and not be too judgmental with some of their parenting techniques from the past . There is no school on how to be the perfect parents, and my parents whom I love so much did the best they could. I will call them and tell them.
