I wanted to read this book for several years. It did not disappoint. Hearing Rosaria read her own book made it special. What a story of redemption and God’s grace.

Moving and Inspiring Testimony

This book was wonderful. I cried, I laughed, I cringed, and I rejoiced. I have been so encouraged by this beautiful women’s journey and faith. I highly recommend this book - it was a great story to listen to. I plan on buying several copies and giving them to friends and family. I will miss Esther after being on a journey through her story for almost 2 weeks. I listened slowly because I didn’t want to miss a word. What I especially loved is she gave great details about how she shared Jesus with people and the arguments she used against Islam. It was eye opening to know what the Koran says from a women who studied it for so many years.

Sobering true account in history

Very good book - difficult story, but must be told. Hitler’s crimes must never be forgotten in honor of the persecuted and the dead. Pure evil is hard to imagine, yet this account exposes it. Highly recommended.

Loved it - a must listen to/read!

This autobiography was excellent. I loved the way he told his testimony - I really liked hearing it read by the author and how each chapter began with a clip from his music. Each day I couldn’t wait to listen to another chapter - I’m going to recommend it to a couple of people. I really enjoyed the fact the book continued well past his conversion and into the sanctification God did and is still doing. I’m grateful Lecrae has the ministry he does - not afraid to step into the culture and show people how you can live and live in this world, without truly being a part of the world. For the record, I have never listened to Lecrae - I only know of him because my husband listens to his music. So I went into the book unaware of much about Lecrae at all. But what an inspiring and heartfelt book!

Loved it - funny, real and inspiring.

Loved loved loved it! I really liked listening to Michael Jr narrate his own book. I have been a lifetime reader but this is my first audio book. I’ve already started my second audio book. I listened to a chapter or two a day on vacation and it was a great way to get through a book. I also liked the fact you can speed up or slow down the reading. Michael Jr is funny and heartfelt and this book will make you laugh, make you think, and appreciate the journey he, as a comedian, has had in his life. We see successful people and forget sometimes there was a hard road to the top. 2 thumbs up!
