Historia
How can we be our strongest selves in life's most challenging situations? We often approach these situations - job interviews, difficult conversations, speaking up for ourselves - with anxiety and leave them with regret. Moments that require us to be genuine and powerful instead cause us to feel phoney and powerless, preventing us from being our best selves.

Life-changing!!
Revisado: 05-28-24
Probably life changing. I tried her poses the last few days and it worked so well for me. The story overall and results of research examples could be shorter if you ask me. Overall loved it! It gave me more grounding.

Historia
It's not you; it's your schedule. Does it sound like magic? It's not. We've all heard of circadian rhythms - those biological processes that give us jet lag and make us night owls or early birds. But few of us know just how profoundly these diurnal patterns affect our overall health. Bad habits - like skipping meals, squeezing in workouts, working late into the night and then trying to catch up on sleep during the weekend - disrupt our natural cycles. A growing body of research on chronobiology reveals just how sensitive the human body is to these rhythms all the way down to the genetic level.

Eye opener
Revisado: 07-08-22
As a nurse working in the medical field, working with patients that suffer from several diseases this book is not just another spiritual book. In fact it is based on scientific research, as in the past years my trainings for work said exactly the same thing. This book is just a deeper dive into details to apply in every day life. Loved it and I will recommend it to everybody

Historia
Bryan Cranston landed his first role at seven, when his father, a struggling actor and director, cast him in a United Way commercial. Soon Bryan was haunting the local movie theater, memorizing and reenacting favorite scenes with his older brother. Acting was clearly the boy's destiny - until one day his father disappeared. Suddenly destiny took a backseat to survival. Seeking something more stable, perhaps subconsciously trying to distance himself from his absent father, Cranston decided on a career in law enforcement.

Funny, comforting and inspiring
Revisado: 11-16-21
I did not see that coming! What a great book, sad that I finished it. He is such an interesting man and he tells his story in a inspiring way, and makes them life lessons. You can relate with his thoughts and his actions. Also liked the Breaking Bad part in the end.. loved every but of it!
