This is NOT a psychological drama. Period. I don't want to be ugly, but I wouldn't pay $34 bucks to listen to it if anyone considers it. It was so boring and unbelievable, with zero remotely believable twists. This type of book is for some, but Audible does not belong in this category. When you rely on a book to help keep you awake and alert in Atlanta traffic, this is not it. And, for accuracy's sake, as they kept reading those damn emails over and over and over Ad nauseam with the same subject line, they should probably read it correctly, "it would be like re;re;re;re; Greetings, To Mia Hobbs from Dawn Shiff, dear God. Did you need to fill pages? At least change the subject line and create a new thread besides, "Greetings". I almost just stopped there to forego my credit, I finished it. If there is a sequel, I hope it doesn't appear in this category.

Where the hell is Stephanie?

Honestly just couldn’t get through it. It’s so trite, and SLOW as molasses. The author intro made me want to like it but those who are into psychological thrillers need more twist, turns, some element of critical thinking during the 10 hour audio book. Don’t use your credit. I just couldn’t stick around to find out to what happened to Steph. There were a few other characters that deserved it well before her.

Ugh, so tired of the lifetime movies showing up in “psychological thrillers” and can’t return. This is so dull. Again, not sure where all the 5 stars come from, lifetime fans I suppose. Skip if you like a book that challenges your mind

People buy "psychological" thrillers for just that reason. When you have to drive a ton, I need a great thrilled to keep me awake and alert. This book started off on a great note and plenty of twists and turns that could have turned it into a better "thriller" instead it just sort of faded as it went on. It's fair

If you have 5 hours to wait for a story to get going, like in traffic or getting a root canal (a long one) then perhaps it's worth a credit. I buy unabridged audiobooks to help assuage my time driving but my word, do NOT expect Gone Girl or any of the like in this book. Below average. Audible needs a bonified psychological thriller group that is just that and not some lifetime narrated story.
