Brilliant, love it. Will recommend to all my patients.
Revisado: 11-05-23
This book is full of wonderful and practical information. I love the proposal of Medicine 3.0. I am an acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Chinese Medicine emphasizes on prevention and early intervention, the in-separation of emotional, spiritual, and physical health. This book talked in depth, from the perspective of science and western medicine, of the same principles! I can see already that many of my patients will love and benefit from the information presented in this book. In fact, I have been recommending this book to some of my patients. I will buy a dozen to give as gifts this holiday season. Thank you, Dr. Attia, for helping many of us to live a happy, healthy, and long life!

Historia
When Apollo 11 touched down on the Moon’s surface in 1969, the first man on the Moon became a legend. In First Man, author James R. Hansen explores the life of Neil Armstrong. Based on over 50 hours of interviews with the intensely private Armstrong, who also gave Hansen exclusive access to private documents and family sources, this "magnificent panorama of the second half of the American twentieth century" (Publishers Weekly, starred review) is an unparalleled biography of an American icon.

It’s just a magnificent story of the first man and the space race
Revisado: 02-05-23
I couldn’t stop listening to this book and rewound numerous times so I didn’t miss any details. What an honorable man! What an inspiring story. Everyone on earth should read this book!
The moon will never be the same when I look at it every night. The sky will never be the same… I appreciate them a lot more. I appreciate the “small” planet we all call home much much more after listening to this book. I will download the other books on these three extraordinary men on Apollo 11!
Thank you for writing this magnificent book , James Hansen and thank you for the nice narrating Mr. Jeremy Bobb. Much appreciated.

Historia
"I’m James Taylor and I’m a professional autobiographer", says the celebrated folk singer at the start of this tender audio memoir. Through decades of music by one of the best-selling musicians of all time, who created classics like "Fire and Rain" and "Carolina in My Mind", James Taylor has doled out his history in the poetry of his work. Taylor says his early life is, "the source of many of my songs", and Break Shot is a tour of his first 21 years in rich, new detail.

Historia
Reports, emails, business plans, meeting minutes, journal articles, reviews, speeches and presentations: business writers have to write any or all of these, and write them well. Good business writing saves time, money and gives a positive and professional impression of you and your organisation - while poor written communications cause problems ranging from irritation through to complete project failure. But writing effectively for work is not a mysterious gift; it's a skill that can be learned....

Excellent outline but not enough substance

I bought this book to improve my writing for my business. This book does give you a good outline of the principles but not enough substance to help you improve.

Historia
Sleep is one of the most important but least understood aspects of our life, wellness, and longevity. Until very recently, science had no answer to the question of why we sleep, or what good it served, or why we suffer such devastating health consequences when we don't sleep. Compared to the other basic drives in life - eating, drinking, and reproducing - the purpose of sleep remained elusive.

Fantastic book
Revisado: 01-14-20
This is one of the few books I feel compelled to recommend to EVERYONE. The information presented by the author is fun, scientific, and very useful. I have been emphasizing the importance of sleep to all of my patients for years. Now I have so much solid scientific data prove it. Many people will have a much better mental and physical health because of this book. Today alone, at least five of my patients will download this book and start listening. I will definitely continue to recommend this book to many more of my patients and friends.
